Locations

Grand Ballroom
At 9,779 square feet, the Grand Ballroom is spacious, with striking tray ceilings, a generous dance floor and classically elegant furnishings. It can hold 1,000 guests for a reception and 800 for a banquet. It can also be divided into eight separate salons.

Terrace Ballroom
Choose this two-story glass atrium with views of our lush gardens, patio, and in the evening, lights twinkling merrily in the trees. Your guests will be delighted with the welcoming decor, filled with colors and textures that reflect the beauty that surrounds our stunning Long Island wedding location. Natural lighting from the walls of windows breathes enhances the enchanting atmosphere. Built-in buffet stations make this room ideal for everything from a cocktail reception to “dinner by the bite”. In warm weather, the attached 2,000 square foot patio is transformed into a tropical setting, complete with Tiki bar, for your guests' enjoyment.

Terrace Patio
If you dream of a small outdoor wedding, then the Terrace Patio is the perfect venue. Perched above beautiful gardens and a lush lawn with a wooded backdrop, the expansive 3,500 square foot terrace is located just outside of the Terrace Ballroom. The patio can set the stage for an intimate affair or as the setting for your cocktail hour before your reception.

Island Rooms- Block, Fire, Fisher's and Gardiner's
Each of these newly refreshed salons is designed to serve a vast array of purposes. Block Island, the largest of the four, can seat 52 guests for a banquet, or 60 for a cocktail reception. Fire, Fisher's and Gardiner's set the tone for smaller affairs, hosting between 40 banquet guests and 50 to 60 for a reception. Join these rooms together to create the Island Ballroom for a larger group. Tastefully decorated in earth tones, the Gardiner's Island room's has plenty of natural lighting to create a convivial atmosphere.

Robin's Island / Shelter Island
These identical rooms, each at 432 square feet, present another alternative for hospitality or welcome receptions. Beautiful solid wood French doors divide the two spaces, offering versatility to suit your event needs. One or both of these rooms can serve as a cocktail reception area for approximately 60 guests and are conveniently located across from the Grand Ballroom.
