To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered; your Hyatt Regency Long Island wedding professional will guide you through any questions and concerns that may arise.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section.

Seating arrangements and room set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans.  We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Hyatt Regency Long Island can create a ceremony room. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Dance floor and risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Order of Events
From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.


Audio-visual equipment

Parking
Self-parking, and optional valet parking, is offered for your wedding guests. Parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.

Our wedding experts will assist you in choosing from a variety of designs, styles, and flavors for a one of a kind creation.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Long Island. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m.  Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.

Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Long Island wedding package are subject to current taxes and service charges. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due ten business days prior to your wedding.

A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
