To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.



Convention Level

Grand Ballroom
Our largest meeting room, the Grand Ballroom boasts 9,779 square feet of unobstructed event space. Warmly decorated with rich carpeting and elegant chandeliers, the ballroom is an ideal location to hold a wide variety of functions. Utilize the entire room to accommodate an interactive presentation in a classroom set up for 500, or a theater-style set up for more than 1,000 conference attendees.  Host a celebratory dinner for your top sales team in a banquet set up for 750, or a classic cocktail reception for 1,000.  Easily divisible into as many as eight separate salons, you can use part of this flexible space for meetings, while holding coffee breaks or lunch buffets in other sections.  The adjoining Grand Foyer features windows and doors, which can open to our beautiful 160-acre resort, and is perfect for pre-meeting continental breakfasts, conference registration areas or for pre-dinner cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.


Terrace Ballroom
This brand new, stunning ballroom is set in a two-story glass atrium with views of our lush gardens, patio, and in the evening, lights twinkling merrily in the trees. Your guests will be delighted with the welcoming decor, filled with colors and textures that reflect the beauty that surrounds our conference center.  Natural lighting from the walls of windows breathes freshness into any meeting or event, helping to keep participants lively and attentive. Built-in buffet stations make this room ideal for everything from working lunch meetings to casual receptions.  In warm weather, the attached 2,000 square foot patio is transformed into a tropical setting, complete with Tiki bar, for your guests' enjoyment.


Shelter Island/Robin's Island
Select one or both of these matching rooms for small to mid-sized gatherings.  Divided by solid wood French doors, you may opt to use one room in a hollow square set up for 10, while hosting an afternoon coffee break in the other.  Separate your attendees into two teams to work on presentations, with each one in their own area in a classroom set up for 27.  Their convenient location across from the Grand Ballroom also makes these the ideal spot for break- out sessions, or as your "headquarters" while managing the main event in the ballroom.



Boardrooms

Trustees, Directors
These classically styled boardrooms feature oversized, traditional boardroom tables with leather executive chairs. Leather work blotters, bottled water and state-of-the-art amenities – including a 61" plasma television, "plug and play" technology, Wi-Fi and a poly-com phone – are standard, as is your personal Audio-Visual Concierge.  Your Concierge will assist you in all aspects of utilizing the in-room equipment, from setting up laptops to establishing videoconferences. Directors Boardroom is located on the Convention level and can hold eight attendees, while the Trustees Boardroom is located in a secluded area on the Lobby Level with room for 12.



Lobby Level

Island Rooms - Gardiner's, Fisher's, Fire, Block
Each of these renovated salons is designed to serve myriad purposes to suit your needs. Block Island, the largest of the four, can seat 60 guests for a banquet, or more than 90 in a theater-style set up. Gardiner's Fisher's and Fire can be used individually, or combined into the Island Ballroom to accommodate a larger group.  Host a brain-storming session with all your department heads in a U-shape set up for 75, or present a new business plan to 150 investors in a theater set up.  Natural lighting from windows in the Gardiner's Island room complements the calming earth tones throughout the rooms, creating an atmosphere conducive to success.
